Fresh Cranberry Sauce - no added sugar

(1) Rinse one bag cranberries and put through the food processor. 
Place them in the bottom of a large bowl with three tablespoons maple syrup or honey. Mix well.

Add the zest of two oranges and then cut out the white part of the oranges and add the flesh of those oranges. 

(2) Add two 6 oz cartons of fresh raspberries,  two grated apples, and one cup finely chopped walnuts

(3) Bring one and a half cups apple juice to a boil. Add three packages or three tablespoons unsweetened gelatin. Stir until dissolved, then add one half cup cold apple juice then pour over fruit and mix well.  

(4) 1 Tbsp Stevia

Taste it to see if it needs the juice of one lemon.

Refrigerate until set.
