Gluten-free Grain Flour Pancakes


8 eggs
1/2 c .melted coconut oil
1/2 c honey
2 t vanilla
8 cups milk

In a large mixing bowl, Mix wet ingredients well

8 cups gluten free flour ( brown rice + chia, oats +flax, millett, or teff)
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup baking powder

In a separate medium bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Then combine with wet ingredients.

Add more flour or milk till right consistency

Cook on a hot cast iron skillet. 
Serve hot with heavy whipping cream and fruit
