1 large head of cabbage, finely chopped
1 small carrot, finely diced, do not grate or shred
Ingredients to make the sauce:
1/4 cup sugar, or Monkfruit equivalent
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise, do not use Miracle Whip
3 Tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 dash of black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients to make the sauce. Mix well.
Rinse cabbage and send it through a food processor. Finely dice the carrot with a paring knife.
Add cabbage and carrot to the sauce. Mix well. Let refrigerate for 30+ min. Stir before serving.
