Eritrean Beef Stew to serve with INJERA

2 onions , finely diced
Olive oil
2 lbs stewing beef, chopped fine
saute.
Add 1 can (14oz) tomatoes, diced or crushed 
Simmer.
Add spices: garlic,  chicken bullion,  red pepper powder

Serve with the sourdough flatbread Injera
