Ingredients:
> one 9 inch pie crust, defrosted
Filling
> 8 cups of thinly sliced peeled Apples
> ½ cups Sugar
> 1/8 tsp Salt
> 3 tablespoons all-purpose Flour
> ½ teaspoons cinnamon
Topping
> 1 ⅓ cups of all-purpose flour
> 1 cup brown sugar
> 1 teaspoon cinnamon
> 10 tablespoons cold butter
Directions:
Mix filling ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix topping ingredients in a Bosch with the wire whisk attachment.
Place filling mixture in the pie crust.
Sprinkle topping in an even layer on top of the pie filling.
Bake for about 1 hour at 375 degrees.
